I like that it is very simple...and free. If you're looking for a more indepth tool, check out <a href='http://iconfactory.com/software/xscope' rel="nofollow">xscope</a>. Along the same lines, but has a couple different tools that helps measuring screen elements, finding a color on screen, magnifying a certain area, and couple others. It, however, is not free. But it is very very useful and worth the $$$. Nice. I like that it is very simple…and free.
